This festive edition, which simultaneously marks the 15th anniversary of B脡N脡FIQ and the 25th anniversary of INAF, will highlight the strength of partnerships and future prospects at the opening and closing panels. Parallel sessions will be organized around three main themes, divided into three complementary sessions

- Personalizing nutrition
- Consumer trends and behavior
These topical themes will be addressed throughout the program, with conferences, presentations of scientific results, market trend forecasts, and more, to cover all topics related to healthy and sustainable food.
