 Chassis Systems of Delphi Corp. since January\n2000. He served as Presiden
 t of Delphi Chassis Systems since\nNovember 1998 and General Manager of De
 lphi Chassis Systems since\nAugust 1998. He served as Manufacturing Manage
 r\, Worldwide\nOperations\, for the former Delphi Interior & Lighting Syst
 ems\nsince 1995. From 1994 to 1995\, he served as Director of\nManufacturi
 ng Operations of Delphi Automotive Systems. From 1992 to\n1994\, Mr. Hache
 y served as director of Manufacturing Operations for\nthe heating\, ventil
 ation and air conditioning/heat exchangers\nbusiness unit of what is now D
 elphi Harrison Thermal Systems.\nMr. Hachey joined General Motors (GM) in 
 1978 as a college\ngraduate-in-training at GM of Canada's Ste. Therese\, Q
 uebec\,\nassembly facility. During his career at Ste. Therese\, he was\nsu
 pervisor and general supervisor of production\, area manager of\ntrim asse
 mbly\, Director of manufacturing engineering and General\nSuperintendent o
 f manufacturing. Since July 1989\, he served as\nPlant Manager of the Osha
 wa fabrication plant. Mr. Hachey served as\nProduction Manager of Oshawa's
  car-assembly plants. He serves as a\nDirector of The Michigan Manufacture
 rs Association. He serves as\nMember of Strategy Board of Delphi Steering 
 Systems. He served as\nMember of Strategy Board of Delphi Corp. until Apri
 l 2008. He also\nserves as the executive champion for the Peugeot Societe 
 par\nActions (PSA)\, DaimlerChrysler Car & Truck and Volvo\nTrucks/Renault
  Vehicules Industriels (RVI) customer accounts.\nMr. Hachey attended St. J
 ean Military College from 1973 to 1976\,\nreceiving several academic\, ath
 letic and leadership awards. He\nholds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce fro
 m ºÚÁÏÍø\,\nMontreal\, in 1978 and a Master's degree in Busines
 s Administration\nfrom Concordia University\, Montreal\, in 1984. Mr. Hach
