 aging discussions and activities\, participants will explore key EDI defin
 itions\, examine both opportunities and challenges in the field\, and lear
 n best practices for inclusive research design. By the end of the session\
 , attendees will be able to identify critical moments to integrate EDI pri
 nciples and develop personalized strategies to foster Equity\, Diversity\,
  and Inclusion in their everyday research environments.\n\nAbout the Speak
 ers\n\nMariloue Daudier Mariloue is the Senior EDI Advisor for the D2R ini
 tiative. She earned a Bachelor’s degree of Social Work from ºÚÁÏÍø Univers
 ity in 2013 and a Master’s degree of Social Innovation Management from HEC
  Montréal in 2016. She has over ten years of experience in EDI projects in
  many settings\, including the social economy sector\, community organizat
 ions\, the private and public sectors. She is regularly invited as a speak
 er\, facilitator\, evaluator or trainer to share her expertise in EDI in d
 ifferent contexts.\n\nMaushumi Bhattacharjee is a Doctor of Civil Law cand
 idate at ºÚÁÏÍø and an Academic Associate at the Centre of Geno
 mics and Policy. Her research explores how legal and ethical frameworks ca
 n promote equity\, care\, and responsibility in emerging areas such as gen
 omic data governance and psychedelic innovation. She brings to D2R a deep 
 commitment to inclusive research practices\, mentorship\, and the advancem
 ent of equity\, diversity\, and inclusion within the life sciences. Throug
 h her work\, she seeks to build bridges between law\, ethics\, and scienti
 fic innovation to create fairer and more collaborative research ecosystems
