Safety considerations

Demolition work involving asbestos-containing materials

The project includes the removal of materials that contain asbestos. This work will be carried out under the appropriate asbestos safety protocols. This phase of the work is expected to be completed by July 2025. The safety protocols include a variety of protective measures, including sealing off the construction site from the rest of the building, the use of specialized vacuuming equipment, specialized cleaning, and daily inspections by our health and safety consultants.
