She has eight years of experience as a li brarian in patient resource centers at the ºÚÁÏÍø Health Centre (MUHC). She is deeply committed to her work\, particularly in empowering patients by providing them with information and tools to actively engage i n their care and make informed decisions about their health and well-being . She obtained a certificate in Plain Language for Patient/Public Health C ommunication from the Michener Institute of Education at UHN. She also con tributes to internal committees focused on enhancing the overall patient e xperience at the MUHC.\n\nPaule Kelly-Rhéaume \n\nPaule Kelly-Rhéaume is a medical librarian at the ºÚÁÏÍø Health Centre. Working with bo th patients and medical students and staff\, she has developed plain langu age expertise in medical information\, holding a certificate in Plain Lang uage from the Michener Institute in Toronto.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nJoAnne Mosel\n\nJoAnne Mosel\, CPA\, is a dedicated advocate in the Rare Disease space with over 30 years of experience.
