Monday

1:00 - 2:30 PM:Meet the Student Wellness Hub's wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.

1:30 - 3:00 PM:During this in-person workshop, we will be discussing about how to shift our perspective in a more positive way and experiencing tools that will mobilise embodiment, collectiveness, reflexivity and creativity through positive imagery.

10:15 - 12:15 PM:Learn strategies to improve sleep quality when experiencing anxiety and low mood.

12:00 - 1:30 PM:This free Moves activity, led by Local Wellness Advisor, Kiki Yelle, will keep you moving while taking in the fresh air and admire the beautiful views of Montreal. Please note that in event of rain, the walk will be cancelled.

1:00 - 2:30 PM:Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? In this workshop you will learn coping skills and mindfulness to help you manage anxiety and stress.

Wednesday

11:30 AM - 2:00 PM:The Art Hive affords members of the community the opportunity to step out of their daily challenges, spend time in a very different place, and return to their work feeling more relaxed and focused.

12:00 - 12:30 PM:Join the Student Wellness Hub to discover the transformative benefits of meditation, such as enhanced focus, reduced stress, and improved emotional well-being.

2:00 - 3:30 PM:Summer and mild comforting weather is finally upon us! The Crochet Circle is here with a Spring and Summer edition. After knitting in the winter cold, The Crochet Circle will be moving outside from May to July and will be held on campus grass in front of the Redpath Museum near the hot-dog stand.

6:00 PM: Supper and BibleStudywithin the undercroft at Christ Church Cathedral. Location: Enter through the doors of the mall on the side of Robert Bourassa. Descend halfway down the stairs and there will be a door to your right.

Thursday

12:00 - 3:00 PM:Sacred StitchesCraft Coffee HourJoin us in the narthex every Thursday for crafts, chats, and warm drinks. Everyone is welcome - no skills or project required! Location: St. George's Anglican Church.

1:00 - 2:30 PM:Meet the Student Wellness Hub's wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief.

8:00 - 9:00 PM:brings together psychiatrists and spiritual leaders to examine the spiritual impact of climate change. We'll explore personal insights that involve emotional and spiritual, as well as intellectual, dimensions. We will also discuss the paradox of a climate-changed world needing spiritual response, even as traditional religion declines and spirituality's role in psychiatry seems diminished.

Friday

11:30 - 2:00 PM:The Art Hive affords members of the community the opportunity to step out of their daily challenges, spend time in a very different place, and return to their work feeling more relaxed and focused.

4:00 - 6:00 PM:Join ISS and other fellow international students on the Ice Cream Tasting event which is one of the Summer Socials this year.

Sunday

12:00 - 2:00 PM:on Indigenous Partnerships at the Church of A&P. The Indigenous Connections Committee warmly welcomes you to join us after church on Sunday, June 15th in Kildonan Hall for a Lunch and Learn. Our speakers will be Karyn Murray and Rev. Jill Foster with the title “Skátne Ronatehiarontíe”, which means Growing Together in the language of this land.
